Yesterday was SUCH a fun day for AJ & I. One of those days that I will never forget. First, we started out with an early morning trip to the beach (see previous post) which was a lot of fun. We came home and napped and then went to meet Auntie Mandy for lunch. Mandy was nice enough to take a 1/2 day off of work so we could spend some quality time together. She's just in LOVE with AJ (and vice versa:)
After lunch, she took AJ and his cousin Chase (who is 8) to the toy store while Auntie Michele and I went for Mani / Pedi's :) :) We had a nice time catching up and just had some good kid-free time.
Then we headed back to Michele's house to have dinner and let the boys play. AJ just loves Chase- he really looks up to him and likes to copy the things that Chase does. Chase was putting together a Lego truck while AJ "helped" and then at the end of the night they enjoyed Icee's together; AJ's first one. It was the funniest thing! He just loved it! Of course when it was melting all over himself and I had to take it away, he was NOT happy with me.
